Troubleshooting & getting help

Resolve sign-in, saving, import, and request-form questions.

Updated November 3, 2026 · Current pilot workspace

I cannot see my saved store

Open Workspace and check the signed-in account and Selected store. A different sign-in account has a different workspace. Sign out of RepeatOak and choose the original account if necessary.

Public pages and these guides do not require sign-in. Saving store data does. Owner inbox access is limited to the designated owner; signing in alone does not grant access.

A save failed or the page looks stale

Read the error message first. If it says “Saved, but refresh failed,” reload before entering the same data again. The earlier save may have succeeded.

For a temporary availability error, keep a separate copy of any unsaved notes, then retry. Do not repeatedly submit while a save is running. If the issue persists, contact us with the page, action, error text, and approximate time.

My CSV will not import

  • Use the blank RepeatOak template and keep its original column order.
  • Add 1–24 monthly rows. A blank template is not a completed import.
  • Use plain numeric values and a source note in every row. A percentage such as 40% must be entered as 40.
  • Fix the indicated row, avoid duplicate/future months, and keep the file within 64 KB.
  • Choose the corrected file again and review the preview before confirming.

Did my audit request go through?

A successful form submission shows “Your request is in” and a reference number. Keep that reference. It confirms the request was saved; it does not confirm a booking, payment, or subscription.

An automatic confirmation email is not currently sent. The owner reviews requests in the private inbox and follows up manually. For support, email ryan@repeatoak.com or use General question on the contact form. No guaranteed response time is published.

What to include when asking for help

  • The page and action you were trying to complete.
  • The exact error message and approximate date/time.
  • Your request reference, if you have one.
  • A description of the expected result and what happened instead. Leave out passwords, API keys, and customer records.
