Export, accounts & data removal
Keep a copy, choose the right account, and understand what deletion removes.

Your account and selected store
Your saved workspace belongs to the account you signed in with. Use the account label above the workspace to check which one is active. Use Selected store to switch between that account’s stores.
Switching stores clears an unsaved CSV preview and unsaved comparison fields. Save work before switching. This version has no shared team membership or automatic account-merging feature. If data appears missing, check the account and selected store first.
Download a copy
The export contains the selected store only. RepeatOak does not currently provide a full JSON restore/import button. Monthly aggregate CSV imports are a separate feature. An export is a useful copy, but it does not replace a tested service backup and recovery process.
- Select the store you want to export.
- Choose Export my records.
- Save the JSON file somewhere you control. It contains that store’s settings, monthly baselines, journey reviews, and completed comparisons.
Remove records carefully
A baseline or comparison can be deleted from its section. Settings → Delete store data permanently removes the selected store and its associated baselines, reviews, and comparisons from this workspace. There is no undo; export first if you need a copy.
Deleting workspace data does not change anything in Shopify or Klaviyo, cancel a service agreement, or erase a separate audit/contact inquiry. For those inquiries or a broader privacy request, use the privacy-request form or email ryan@repeatoak.com.
Keep sensitive details out
Use aggregate store metrics and concise notes. Do not upload customer lists, individual order records, payment information, passwords, API keys, or identity documents. The current tools do not need them.
Read the privacy notice for the information collected by the website and how to make a request.
